Invis-Mortgage Intelligence has strengthened its senior sales team with the signing of Lisa Valade as Regional Manager for Southwestern Ontario, which will include Hamilton, Burlington and the Niagara region in addition to London and Windsor.

Lisa Valade has considerable experience in all facets of the mortgage business.  In 1988, she joined Household Finance and then moved to work with several B lenders, including XCEED as a Credit Manager and Wells Fargo in Business Development.  While working with The Associates as a Team Leader, Valade had 6 underwriters and 6 funders working under her direction.  For the last 7 years, Valade was a Mortgage Agent in the Georgetown area.

Valade considers herself to be first and foremost a trainer. "I found that being self-employed was not motivating enough," says Valade.  "I love training and developing people, it's my true passion. In 2005, I almost came to work at Mortgage Intelligence in training so I'm now so excited to finally be here."  Valade also believes that her subprime lending experience will be a huge asset to her Invis-MI brokers, particularly in today's evolving marketplace.  "I can help them put the deal together and advise on the best lender.  And I've also been a broker so I understand the challenges they face every single day."

"We are so thrilled to have Lisa Valade join us and work with our brokers in our Southwestern Ontario region," says Bob Ord, CEO Invis-Mortgage Intelligence.  "This is such a big win for us because of Lisa's training and subprime background. She also knows many of our brokers and has already built great relationships with them.  We are confident that she will play a very important role in the success and growth of Invis-Mortgage Intelligence."
