Mortgage Intelligence is thrilled to announce that Alyson Thiessen and the Get 'Er Done Girls have joined the company in Red Deer. 

Alyson started as a Mortgage Broker in 2000 when she first moved to Red Deer, joining Mortgage Intelligence in 2004 and growing considerably from that point onward. The successful Get 'Er Done Girls include Lesley Krawiec, Sheila Tremblay, Katherine Meadows, Cheryl Kowalsky, and assistant Wende King.

"We are returning to Mortgage Intelligence because of leadership. I firmly believe that we are in shark infested waters and we want someone leading our business that can anticipate and navigate for the best possible outcome, and that's Bob Ord," said Thiessen.  Alyson also cites the need for the team to have access to the whole package - the myriad of services available at Mortgage Intelligence.  "It's hard being independent and operating without a marketing department and all of the other support services, especially as volumes increase."

The Get 'Er Done Girls are looking to focus more on infrastructure and systems over adding more associates to the group. "We want good systems that will allow us to maintain our volumes but not have 80 hour work weeks. For me personally, I'm happy to say that I'm coming home. It's where I belong!"
